Recently, our automated state-of-the-art rubber mixing line is put into operation. This marks that QBF rubber has successfully established a complete production system including mixing, calendering, laminating, hot vulcanization and testing, realizing digital control from raw materials to finished products. This provides strong support for manufacturing of high-end specialized conveyor belts such as sidewall conveyor belt, steel cord conveyor belt, STE/STH conveyor belt, fabric conveyor belt, bucket elevator conveyor belt, Chevron belt, pipe belt ,etc. 

      The new rubber mixing line adopts the advanced intelligent control system, which boasts three key strengths: precise temperature control, high-efficiency mixing and intelligent production management.It strengthens our technological foundation for crafting custom products.

      “The commissioning of this production line not only enhances our manufacturing level, but also more importantly, it provides a process guarantee for the development of various types of special products for special working conditions.” The technical director of QBF said, “We have successfully applied this production line to develop various grades of special conveyor belt products  such as acid/alkali-resistant conveyor belt, flame retardant conveyor belt, high temperature-resistant conveyor belt, oil-resistant conveyor belt, low rolling-resistant conveyor belt, anti-static conveyor belt, etc to meet different working conditions.”
